PSB Chino Concrete Works was founded in 2024 by a crew that had spent years doing concrete work across the Inland Empire and wanted to do it right - without the shortcuts that show up when a company gets too big or too rushed. Chino made sense as a home base. The city is growing fast, the housing stock is aging, and homeowners here are serious about protecting what they have built.

Most homes in Chino were built between the 1980s and early 2000s, and a lot of the original driveways, patios, and flatwork from that era are now cracking or shifting - partly from age and partly from the clay soil that expands and contracts with the seasons. That is the kind of work we were built to handle. We know the soil conditions here, we know the permit process at the City of Chino, and we know how HOAs in neighborhoods like College Park and The Preserve operate.
